Unsure

It's not been a good week.

I ended last week starting to feel poorly, and it then dragged into this week and now it's Friday already and I need to go to work soon.

Unfortunately a mix of a horrible nagging feeling at the back of my head, feeling poorly and working quite a bit has meant that drawing has been put on the back burner this week. There were even a few days where I couldn't even muster up the courage to open the door that leads from my bedroom to my studio and do some work. It feels like for the first time In a long time that I've been running away from drawing .

But here goes, the two drawings that I've done this week -

4th Feb Comic

So yesterday was 1hr comic day, here's my rushed attempt. My friend Alex Hadders also participated, you can see her's here!

Life Drawing

I had a dream I was still at uni, then spent the rest of the day reminiscing.

Life drawing was never something I was good at at Uni, I enjoy oddly shaped limbs and not getting everything in proportion, but I really enjoyed our lessons because we had a great tutor called Dean.

Drew these from my head, it felt nice drawing something and not worrying what it was going to be used for. I finally feel that me and colour are getting along, it's only taken a 4 year battle!

I've been taking part in 1 hour comic day today. Hopefully by tonight I'll have a whole comic about my very boring day, bet you cant wait!
